Retail Associate, at Just Mystic Mystic, CT

Just Mystic is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join the team in Mystic, reporting directly to the Creative Director and Store Manager. The Retail Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Maintain the store's visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge
  • Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met
  • Successfully operate till systems and transactions
  • Act as a Just Mystic Brand Ambassador

Qualifications

  • Interest in design and apparel
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
  • Computer and till system literate
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Flexible working hours
